At the Canadian Rockies' only Indian restaurant, sari wall art provides color while linen table cloths evoke elegance. Authentic Indian cuisine is made from scratch using a traditional tandoori clay oven. Feast on tandoori, butter or tikka masala chicken; lamb vindaloo or saag; beef korma; and biryani rice dishes.
