Located just off the Bow Valley Parkway (Highway 1A) just 35 minutes from Lake Louise and 20 minutes from Banff, the restaurant at Johnston Canyon Resort offers breakfast, lunch and dinner daily in the summer season which runs from May 19th through October. At breakfast items like omelettes, french toast and pancakes, while at lunch hot and cold sandwiches, salads and appetizers are offered. Reservations are recommended for dinner and the menu is filled with steak, seafood and pasta entrees.

Offering stunning views of the surrounding Rockies, Chinook Family Restaurant features casual dining for all ages, most budgets and practically all tastes. The family-friendly menu offers an extensive a la carte breakfast menu, as well a full breakfast buffet, a delicious lunch menu and an exciting new comfort food menu for the evenings. Every Sunday a brunch buffet is offered that has a wide selection of hot and cold entrees, salads, seafood, full breakfast selection including an omelet station, carving station and a wide variety of desserts, fruit and cheeses.

Conveniently located in the Banff Inn, Carlito's Pizzaria serves a variety of great pizzas, from a simple pepperoni to a Carlito's Special topped with chicken, artichoke, red pepper and roasted garlic. The restaurant also offers an extensive menu of favourites such as hamburgers and salads, various poutines and all time favourites. Carlito's is open daily from 5pm to 11pm.
