This distinctly European restaurant offers a variety of Chef's signature dishes including Petto di pollo "Ticino", which is a chicken breast stuffed with a light goat cream cheese and breaded with hazelnut crumbs. This restaurant is located in the High Country Inn.

Founded in 1922 by the Canadian Pacific Railway, Storm Mountain Lodge offers stunning views and a rustic charm. The dining room is situated along the wraparound windows in the lodge, not far from the lounge, which is warmed by a massive stove fireplace. Guests will experience Canadian cuisine prepared with a dedication to organic ingredients and naturally-raised Alberta meat and fish. Entrées include buffalo, wild salmon, rack of lamb and free-range chicken. All of the breads, desserts and breakfast pastries are baked on-site. The restaurant is located 25 minutes from Banff on Highway 93.

The restaurant is located in the Mount Royal Hotel and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The lounge is open daily from noon to 10pm and offers a full menu.
