More Mountains in a Moment than Most see in a Lifetime! Dine with spectacular views of Banff. Take this journey to the spectacular summit by way of a modern gondola car. This 8-minute ride transports visitors to outstanding views (2,281 m, 7,486 ft above sea level) and a Summit Centre including an observation terrace, two restaurants, snack bar and gift shop. Self-serve daytime dining at the Summit Restaurant--soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, hot specials and fresh desserts (mains $7-$10). Generous buffets are served in the Panorama Room during summer--breakfast ($14), lunch ($16) and dinner ($35 features carved prime rib) .
