Ticino Swiss-Italian Restaurant
Ticino is Switzerland's southern canton, famous for Swiss cuisine with Italian influences. Erwin Widmer has operated Ticino Restaurant since 1979. This restaurant allows diners to taste the flavours that Italian influence has brought to Swiss dishes. This distinctly European restaurant offers a variety of Chef's signature dishes including Petto di pollo "Ticino", which is a chicken breast stuffed with a light goat cream cheese and breaded with hazelnut crumbs.
