Customized carriage transfers are also available. During winter months, visitors can embark on a sleigh ride with their family and friends. Rides depart from Warner Stables and take place in the meadow on the outside of the Banff town site.
Join Discover Banff Tours on a sleigh ride with family, friends or loved ones. Relax and take in the breathtaking views and sparkling winter air of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. The sleigh ride will take passengers through the Bow River Valley showing them the remote areas around Banff. Tours depart Warner Stables every hour on the hour from 10am to 8pm during winter months and are 45 minutes in length. Private sleigh rides are also available.
Enjoy a sleigh ride through the snow, while experiencing spectacular views of the Canadian Rockies. The 45-minute tour takes passengers along the Bow River, showing them the remote areas, Western-style. Romantic private sleigh rides are also available. Packages include chocolates and liqueurs. A buffalo robe is supplied to keep the couple warm. All Sleigh Rides depart every hour on the hour from 10am until 8pm daily during winter months.

Group hayrides on horse-drawn wagons are a big part of the Kananaskis Country experience. Wagons in summer and sleighs in winter accommodate twenty people at a time and travel the scenic trails surrounding the ranch. In winter, sleighs can be arranged to travel the trails at the Kananaskis Village Resort.
