Holiday on Horseback offers elegant and private horse-drawn carriage tours daily in the Banff town site. Tours range in length from 15 minutes to one hour and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Carriage tours leave from the hitching post at the Trail Rider Store. Customized carriage transfers are also available. During winter months, visitors can embark on a sleigh ride with their family and friends. Group hayrides on horse-drawn wagons are a big part of the Kananaskis Country experience. Wagons in summer and sleighs in winter accommodate twenty people at a time and travel the scenic trails surrounding the ranch.
