Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise provide some of the world's best climbing areas and the instructors at Banff Adventures Unlimited are certified guides and leading-edge climbers. Half- and full-day lessons are available for individuals or groups and cater to all abilities. All climbing guides are trained and certified by the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides.
Yamnuska Mountain Adventures provides half-, full- and multi-day adventures in mountaineering, ice and rock climbing, trekking and backcountry skiing. Experience the real and rugged Rockies, up-close-and-personal, with certified guides.
The Alpine Club of Canada located in Banff has operated since 1906, organzing and operating mountain adventures. Certified mountain guides lead backcountry treks and ice and rock climbs. Outings have been designed to include meals, hut accommodations and group climbing gear. Individual climbing gear is not included. The Alpine Club also offers moutaineering courses and custom trips.
